Hot Weather Shipping Tips
Happy Summer! Long days at the pool, laid back vibes, and a bucket of chilled wine are the signs that summer is here. We believe summer should be carefree and easy, just like your wine shipments! Does the hot weather have you concerned? Here are a few ways to protect your wine shipments.
1. Order on Monday. Early in the week is best for quickest delivery.
2. Change delivery location, not your schedule. Ship to an office or your local UPS store. Signature is required and delivery can be received only if someone is available to sign at a business location or residence.
3. Sign up for the UPS app MY CHOICE to manage your shipments.
4. Keep cool by consolidating your orders to larger quantities. A larger volume shipped from our cool warehouse will stay cool longer when shipped together. A 2-pack will get warmer faster than a case of 12 bottles.

Commission Payment Schedule Reminder
June commissions will be paid out on Monday, July 3rd. The Fourth of July holiday will not delay pay outs. Also, please note that all mid-month payouts (deposited by the 16th) include personal sales occurring between the 1st and 15th of the month. End-of-month payouts (deposited by the 5th of the following month) include personal sales occurring between the 16th and the last day of the month, as well as coaching commissions earned
during the entire month and all 5% override commissions from the entire month. Please refer to pages 6 and 7 of the Comp Plan PDF for more information.

viaONEHOPE Program Changes
In order to continue to build a sustainable and thriving business, we are implementing some important program changes, effective July 1st. Our goal is to make the viaONEHOPE program as strong as it can be in order to provide a merit-based platform where CEOs can make an impact while earning an income. We’re continually striving to improve our overall program and experience for our field-based representatives, customers, hosts and guests. We constantly receive and address feedback from the field on ideas and suggestions on how to improve our offerings, and that input is reflected in many of the new updates.
In order to keep up with the rising costs of doing business, and to continue to build a sustainable business model with high quality products, ONEHOPE is making these updates to remain competitive and sustainable for the long term.
Program Changes Overview:
MSRP Pricing: Our Core Collection MSRP pricing will be increasing from $18.99 to $19.99. This will affect the Case For a Cause Pricing for tasting events, which will now be $99 for a half case and $169 for a full case.
Nationwide Shipping Rate: We will now offer a flat-rate shipping charge of $20 nationwide for 6-bottle and 12-bottle Case for a Cause products. For CEO Wine Cellar and Host Packages, a flat charge of $10 will be applied.
Event Donations: 10% of event sales will benefit the host's cause of choice. All gift items of $49+ in the catalog, plus Half and Full Case for a Cause products, will benefit the host's cause of choice.
Host Rewards: The host program will now feature tiered rewards; hosts can earn up to 12% uncapped rewards!
